  • Improper insertion of the cup. Always ensure that the cup is positioned properly with your cervix in the middle. Positioning it incorrectly will cause discomfort.
  • Choosing the right size cup. It is important to choose the correct sized cup for yourself. Using a large cup when not suitable will lead to discomfort and a small cup instead of a large cup may lead to leakage. For some it may take a second try of a different cup to find suitable comfort levels

No the cup has absolutely no impact on the size of your vagina. The Convini Cup is a soft device made of medical grade silicone and will only bend and fold to assume a position in your vagina.

Yes. You can participate in physical activities comfortably as long as your Convini Cup has been correctly positioned.

Don’t insert your cup too high. As long as it’s sitting underneath your cervix, you‘re good. Remember that cups generally don’t sit as high as tampons do, as they sit closer to the vaginal opening (though they can move around as you do). You should be able to easily reach the stem.
